VHD Interface IF-7900 Repro

VHD was once a populair video disc format in Japan. Victor (JVC) also made some tiles for MSX. Back in the days they had big plans with the format, as you can see in the English spoken demo they made for the international market.

Some collectors have discs, but most collectors don't have the interface. With combining forces of Heikki, SuperSoniqs, the MRC Foundation we bought two VHD interfaces and Heikki reversed engineered the devices and machine code embedded in the two intel processors. 

At this moment we have fully functional prototypes. This page is for people who collect VHD discs, or preserve them. Please step forward and help us preserve the data on the tape and discs for the future and our MSX community.

Because the amount of money spend to create this product and the obsolete components to recreate it the selling price is higher than our normal products. Please understand.
